With a degree in Architecture and over twenty years experience in the design and construction field, DHI's president, Chuck Miller is specially trained to observe the many different aspects of a home’s condition and performance. He will take comprehensive notations on the grounds, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, heating, septic, and much, much more. Each of these areas covered in the inspection will be listed and documented in a comprehensive report and given to the client.

Chuck is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the oldest, most widely known and respected home inspection association. He has completed intensive training in home inspection and is fully compliant with Pennsylvania’s home inspection legal requirements (Act 114 of 2000, Title 68). His extensive experiences with home inspections range from a small three room cabin to a million dollar estate over 5000 square feet, and 10,000 square foot professional offices.
